Does Checkbox support the free version of Microsoft SQL, SQL Express?

Yes, Checkbox Survey Server supports Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005. (SQL 2005 is highly recommended). With Checkbox, Prezza will also support SQL 2005 Express (free version of SQL).
