When connecting to Ultimate Survey, the following message is returned:
The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file '(unknown)'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.
This is due to permissions not being properly applied to the database. Microsoft has addressed this in its knowledgebase:
