Ultimate Survey Enterprise .NET is a flexible web-based application for creating web surveys and forms. With only a standard web browser, Ultimate Survey enables you to build and deploy powerful web-based surveys and forms.

The application is divided into the following logical areas:

Surveys
This is the main area of the administrative interface. All surveys are designed and managed through the Survey interface.

Reports
This section is used to view the results of surveys that have already received responses. A live view of the results is available as is an export function.

Libraries
Item libraries are used to create repositories of survey items that can be used again.

Invitations
Invitations are used to send out email notifications to the users that you would like to take your survey.

Styles
Style Templates are used to define the appearance of your surveys. Style templates can be used multiple times and provides you with an easy way to maintain a consistent looking appearance across multiple surveys.

Settings
Configuration of system settings. This section can be seen by system administrators only.
