HotFix for multiple issues in Ultimate Survey Enterprise .NET Enterprise

There is a hot fix available for errors in version 2.1 of Ultimate Survey Enterprise survey software.

Issues Fixed:
-Speed when clicking Reports improved greatly.
-Permissions issue on Public reports.
-Crash when running filters that return no results.
-Crash when copying surveys that contain Branching rules that go to the end of the survey
-Crash when editing matrix questions in libraries
-Sporadic crash when editing message items
-Problem where 'Take and Create' users could not see reports for some of their surveys.
-Sporadic incorrect path when redirecting users without permission to take the survey.
-Network-authenticated users not obtaining proper permissions to take a survey
-Text on Login.aspx now uses an XML file in the Resources folder
-Problematic breadcrumb links in Response Details section removed
-Problem when some response records were not deleted when surveys were deleted.
-Error when deleting a page caused incomplete responses to be corrupted.
-Problem when deleting user/email from an invitation caused issues.
-Problem when deleting a user did not delete their invitation records
-Errors when searching the invitation list
-Issue with paging of report details section
-Problems with storing certain character sets in the database
