Error displaying graphs in analysis of Ultimate Survey Enterprise Edition 3.0 and above

Symptom:
When attempting to view an analysis Ultimate Survey Enterprise survey software, you receive an error similar to the following:

System.ApplicationException: Error while rendering the chart --> System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException: A generic error occurred in GDI+.
at System.Drawing.Image.Save(String filename, ImageCodecInfo encoder, EncoderParameters, encoderParams)

Resolution:
1. Make sure there is a folder named WebCharts within your Ultimate Survey directory on the server.
2. Make sure the security on the WebCharts folder is configured so that the ASPNET user and IIS IUSR_ user can create files there.
3. If your IIS is configured to use Integrated Windows Authentication, you may need to give the Windows users that access Ultimate Survey reports access to create files in that folder as well.
