"You do not have permission to view this page." error when viewing the second page of a survey previ

Symptom:
When previewing a survey and moving to the second page, you may receive an error that says "You do not have permission to view this page."

Cause:
Sometimes faulty background images are saved to the Style Template.


Resolution:
1) Click the "Styles" icon in the top menu.
2) Edit the style used in your survey.
3) Click Base Styles
4) Click Edit Background Image
5) Select to use an Image from a website and set the image as http://www.yourdomain.com/noimage.jpg (It can be any .jpg as long as it does not exist)
6) Save the Image
7) Update the Style
